The Franciscan Hotel in Santa Barbara

In the 1920s, the Franciscan Inn in Santa Barbara was born as a Spanish-style house on a beach-side ranch, mirroring the region's rich architectural history. The Neer family purchased the three hotels and the family's tradition of offering warm Santa Barbara hospitality persists at this prime location, collectively known as the Franciscan Inn now, where it has evolved into a charming hideaway, conveniently located just 1.5 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of downtown attractions.
